At Barton Watch Bands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new strap isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange any unworn item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unworn watch bands in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any official USPS collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new selection within 3-5 business days.
